INDORE: Police officials, who will be busy discharging their duties at PM Narendra Modi's rally on November 18, can exercise their franchise on Monday and Tuesday.
The postal ballot for all government officials, which will start from Saturday at Government Arts and Commerce College and Holkar Science College, might not see police officials as they will be busy.
"We had decided to keep it on Saturday but because of PM Modi's rally, police officials will cast their votes on November 19-20," said DIG Harinarayanachari Mishra.

ADM Kailash Wankhede said, "A special help centre has been started for postal ballots at Holkar Science College and Government Arts and Commerce College form November 17-24. There are approximately 28,000 government employees roped in for election duty, who will cast their vote through postal ballot from Saturday."
Tight security arrangements have been made at the spot and videography of the entire procedure will also be done for free and fair votes. The voters will be able to search their voter ids online at the centre and will receive information about all candidates on different counters.
The officials said that all returning officers have been asked to inform contenders about the same. All contenders from the constituencies will be allowed to station their representative at the centre but only with prior permissions.
The postal ballots will be distributed among employees. They will mark 'right' next to their choice and keep it in a marked envelope with and affidavit by employee declaring his constituency and enrollment number.
