Indore reports three deaths, 28 fresh Covid-19 cases

As many as 28 people were tested positive for Covid-19 in Indore on Thursday taking the tally of infected individuals to 1727. Deaths of three Covid-19 patients were also reported taking the toll due to the viral infection to 86 in the city.

INDORE: As many as 28 people were tested positive for Covid-19 in Indore on Thursday, taking the tally of infected individuals to 1,727. Deaths of three Covid-19 patients were also reported taking the toll due to the viral infection to 86 in the city.
An official health bulletin said an 82-year-old male patient from Mhow died during treatment at a local facility. He was hospitalized for 6 days and had comorbidities including Parkinsonism.
Another 63-year-old man from Indore also succumbed to the infection.
He was also suffering from diabetes and hypertension. He was admitted three days ago. A 40-year-old male from Indore also died due to Covid-19, the bulletin said adding he was hospitalized for six days and had comorbidities like chronic liver disease, liver abscess and hepatic encephalopathy.
The bulletin said that as many as 68 people were discharged from different facilities after being cured of Covid-19.
Indore has 978 patients admitted in hospitals battling the infection. As many as 1,854 people have been discharged from quarantine facilities across the city.
