Romanian government delegation studies smart city project
JAIPUR: The concept of Area Based Development (ABD) of the Walled City attracted a delegation of government of Romania and Eptisa Romania that visited Eptisa Jaipur— a project management consultant for Jaipur Smart City Ltd (JSCL) to understand the concept of the projects done by Eptisa Jaipur on Wednesday.
In the meeting, JSCL chief engineer Anil Singhal talked about prominent works to be done by JSCL Jaipur.

The delegates visited Ajmeri Gate, Kishan Pole Bazar and Rajasthan School of Arts to inspect the project sites under JSCL.
State government through JSCL had awarded Eptisa technical assistance contracts for the execution and implementation of Smart City project.
They also showed keen interest to understand the parts of the city chosen by JSCL and why these areas were chosen to convert into a smart city. When it was shared that all the travelers come to see the Pink City they liked the idea of Area Based Development (ABD) of the Walled City which could be replicated for other areas in the state or Jaipur itself, officials said.
