Jammu: Deputy commissioner launches SMS services to facilitate travellers

JAMMU: To keep a systematic record of all passengers arriving at Jammu railway station and inform them about Covid-19 test results, deputy commissioner, Jammu, Sushma Chauhan, formally launched mobile applications and an SMS-based service.
The DC said that a control room has been setup at the railway station Jammu to monitors data being captured through mobile app on real-time basis. Similarly, SMSes of Covid-19 test results are being sent to individuals on their mobile phones.
