KANPUR: As many as 24
students of two public schools — Sanatan Dharm Balika Inter College and Raghunath Prasad Mishra Inter Collage — in the city fell sick after being administered measles-rubella
vaccine on Thursday.
Following the
vaccination, several students of the two schools complained of nausea, fever, stomach ache and vomiting had to be admitted to the district hospital.
A
health department official said he had examined the vaccines administered to the students in the afternoon and found them to be in order.
District magistrate Vijay Vishwas Pant said there was no need to panic as common
