LUCKNOW: City boy Sakshi Pradyumn who bagged all-India first rank in ISC exam got a pleasant surprise when Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only replied to his letter and even tweeted it from his official handle.
Sakshi had recently written a letter to PM Modi sharing how his book ‘Exam Warriors’ had helped him score high in boards and had thanked him. Exam Warriors was launched in February 2018 just weeks before Class 10 and 12 board exams.

Overwhelmed with PM’s response, Sakshi termed it as the most precious moment of his life and said that he never thought that he would get a reply from PM.
“I had sent a letter to PM through speed post. I was surprised when I saw PM posting my letter on his official twitter handle,” said Sakshi who used his father’s twitter account to check the post.
“I could not believe it but then I got a call from PM’s office in the evening. My father had inspired me to read ‘Exam Warriors’ and he asked me to write a letter to PM after I scored well. I had posted the letter on July 6,” he added.

In his letter to PM, Sakshi wrote, “ I received an invaluable gift,’Exam Warriors’ when my XII board examination were about to start. The book was priceless as it not only gave me mantras to concentrate, relieve the stress, and increase confidence but also to be jovial even during tense moments of board examination and other competitive examinations.......”

On Wednesday, PM Modi tweeted his letter saying, “Thankyou Sakshi for this wonderful letter. I am glad that #Exam warriors helped you during your exam preparations. My best wishes.”
“Union minister Piyush Goyal had gifted PM’s book ‘Exam warrior’ to railway employees’ children who were about to appear in board examination. It turned out to be a wonderful gift,” said Sakshi’s father Lakshmi Raman who works for Indian Railways.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal had gifted copies of Exam Warriors to 3,100 employees of railways and coal ministry PSUs whose children were going to appear in board exams and is said to have borne the cost of books along with letters addressed to employees and their children by name.
