26-year-old goes missing in Patiala

PATIALA: The police here have registered a case under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including illegal confinement against some unidentified person on complaint of a local resident.
The complainant, Gurpreet Singh, has alleged that his brother Jaswinder Singh has gone missing for the last two weeks.
He added that Jaswinder, 26, had just got married few months ago.However, the marriage was not successful.
He said that the family members kept searching for him for last many days but to no avail. He told police in his complaint that Jaswinder left home on November 22. The police claimed that they have registered the case against an unidentified accused after the complaint was registered. The police added that they were clueless about the whereabouts of Jaswinder Singh.
