BEST bus driver, commuter booked for misbehaviour

MUMBAI: Oshiwara police registered a case against a BEST driver and commuter for allegedly misbehaving with a 41-year-old woman and forcing her to get off a bus in Andheri (W) on August 20.
Police have sought CCTV footage before arresting the driver, Rajaram Naik (49), and the commuter, Sartaj Akhtar, who allegedly misbehaved with the victim who had undergone a leg surgery.
The marketing head of a private firm had boarded the route 210 bus near Citi Mall in Andheri (W) to go home in Malad at 9.30pm.
