Bombay high court quashes FIR in Pocso case

MUMBAI: Bombay high court last week quashed an FIR against a man in a Pocso Act case filed against him after the court was told that the matter had been settled. The accused moved the plea through his advocate, Madhukar Dalvi. Affidavits were submitted by the victim and her father.
They said the parties have settled the matter. The court observed that relations between the victim and accused were only friendly and they may have written letters to each other.
