Himachal Pradesh: Two children burnt alive in Chamba house fire
DHARAMASALA: Two children aged five and seven years were burnt alive after a house caught fire in Chamba district.
The incident took place when the owner of the house was away.
Monika Bhutungru, superintendent of police, said that police was informed by the local people and a team rushed to the spot.
Police teams managed to doused the fire but children inside could not be saved.

“The reasons of fire couldn’t be ascertained so far, but investigations are on in the case” said police. Bodies were sent for the postmortem.
Incident took place in Panjanu village. The property belongs to Ashok Kumar, the father of the deceased.
