According to police, Ram Maya was walking down to Kasol when they stopped her for checking and found the contraband from her possession. Additional superintendent of police Raj Kumar Chandel said a case under Section of 20 of NDPS Act had been registered against the accused on Friday.
“We are investigating the source and destination of the charas. Kullu police have launched a campaign against the drug mafia to root out this menace from the district,” he said.
