In a new video posted by Virat Kohli on his official Twitter handle, the Indian skipper can be seen sweating it out in the gym ahead of the West Indies clash.


Kohli, in the last few years has focused on his fitness as much on his batting skills. The 30-year-old has evolved into the fittest cricketer in world cricket and is also an inspiration for young cricketers and his team-mates.
Virat is often seen working out with his team-mates and is credited for bringing in a paradigm shift in the approach towards fitness as far as Indian cricketers are concerned.

India, so far have played five matches in the World Cup, winning four and one was a washout against New Zealand.
