First arrest in elephant killing case in Kerala

The Kerala forest department has made the first arrest in the killing of the elephant that died after it fed on an explosive-filled pineapple. There were accusations that some people had fed the pineapple to the elephant on purpose to kill it. The elephant died after it could not feed after its mouth was severely damaged in the explosion.
