NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADMINISTER TRUST
You are hereby notified that on July 6, 2019, Catherine Ann Seale died in Uinta County, Wyoming. Catherine Ann Seale was the Grantor of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust dated August 24, 2006. The Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust became irrevocable as of Catherine Ann Seale’s death. Catherine Ann Seale was a resident of Uinta County, Wyoming on the date of her death.
Notice is hereby given that Kristine N. Dowd, the named Successor Trustee of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust, intends to administer the Trust and to have the property, contributed to the Trust by the Grantor, distributed as provided under the terms of the Trust. Claims against the assets of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust must be submitted in writing to the Successor Trustee at Clayton B. Thomas, Attorney at Law, P. O. Box 1976, Evanston, Wyoming 82931.
A creditor must file a claim against the assets of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust or commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days after the first date of publication of this notice, as provided by Wyoming Statutes section 4-10-507(a)(ii). A creditor failing to file a claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust within the 120 days specified above is forever prohibited and barred from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or from commencing any judicial proceeding against Catherine Ann Seale or the assets of the Catherine Ann Seale Revocable Trust.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 04/02/2008 executed and delivered by Kelly A. Smith and Bill P. Smith to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Kelly A. Smith and Bill P. Smith, wife and husband (the “Mortgagors”), to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 04/07/2008, as Instrument No. R142352 Book 911 Page 458-465 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and
WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $ 100,480.39 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $93,957.79 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $2,878.88 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;

TAKE NOTICE that on the 2nd day of July, 2019, the governing body of the City of Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming, adopted a Resolution expressing its intent to vacate portion of Kimberly Avenue, which is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A parcel of land located within the boundaries of Fair Meadows Park, City of Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming, as said Park is platted and recorded in the Office of the Uinta County Clerk, said parcel being part of Kimberly Avenue as laid out upon the plat of said Park, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Park and running thence S 89°48’15” W, 40.00 feet along the South boundary of said Park to the Southeast corner of Lot 43, Block 1 therein;
thence N 0°02’47” W, 100.00 feet along the East boundary of said Lot 43 to the Northeast corner thereof;
thence N 89°48’02” E, 40.00 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Park;
thence S 0°02’47” E, 100.00 feet along the East boundary of said Park to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
