July 11-14, 2019

Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 104 incidents between the dates of Thursday, July 11, and Sunday, July 14. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, aggravated assault, five alarms, five ambulance or medical assists, 19 animal problems, two simple assaults, an agency assist, two citizen disputes, six citizen assists, two civil problems, three domestic violence incidents, two DUIs, DWUS, a fire, two harassments, an intoxicated person, five juvenile problems, keeping the peace, a livestock problem, a residence or vehicle lockout, a missing person,, three noise problems, four suspicious incidents, three traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic complaint, property theft, trespassing, four unsecure premises, vagrancy, vandalism, a wanted person and a warrant arrest. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested eight persons between the dates of July 11 and July 14. 

Andrea K. Bennett, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Breck A. Daniels, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Jay W. Gibson, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Alma Lapaix, of Immokalee, Florida, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery. 

Levi T. Trimble, of Evanston, was arrested for interfering with a peace officer and aggravated assault and battery. 

Timothy C. Werner, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery, driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater and driving while under suspension. 

Jason M. Williams, of Evanston, was arrested for felony probation revocation and domestic battery. 

Dylan K. Wilmot, of Clearfield, Utah, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
