What has been the most interesting/unique thing to come from one of the team or position group zoom calls?
Coach (George) Helow dressed up as some hall of fame coach with a country accent, fake chains and a cowboy hat. That was both hilarious and embarrassing.
Why did you think it was important to speak out as a team on the racial injustices going on in our country?
It important to show that we are for change and not going to be silent during these tough times.
Voting and helping others in the community register to vote and make it to the polls on election days seemed to be a big theme in the players statement. Why is that so important and how do you think the Maryland football team can make a big impact in that area?
Many of us did not know how to register to vote and how to make a difference on our own. So as a team, committing to that and going to the polls along with helping others can be very effective.
Who was your NFL idol growing up?
Tom Brady, my dad coached him in college and I always have been a big fan.
What show have you binged watched during the quarantine?
Avatar The Last Air Bender.
What have you missed the most about being in College Park?
I missed being around the guys and grinding together.
What makes you most excited about the 2020 team?
We are young but very talented and believe we have a shot to be great.
