Utah State Athletics Announces Aggie Strong 2020 Giving Campaign

LOGAN, Utah –Utah State Athletics has announced it has launched the Aggie Strong 2020 Campaign, a move aimed at supporting student-athlete opportunities and providing resources that are not only important for on the field of competition, but off of it as well.
 
"Over the past few months, our community, state and nation have faced some unexpected challenges," said USU Vice President and Athletics Director John Hartwell. "These challenges have also fallen upon Aggie Nation. At this time, your support is vital in our efforts to maintain a rewarding experience for Aggie student-athletes and to compete at the highest level.
 
"We are kicking off the Aggie Strong 2020 Campaign, where we have a goal of 2,020 individuals making a donation toward Utah State Athletics by the end of the year. We invite Aggies everywhere to show how you are Aggie Strong and consider donating, or increasing your donations. to USU Athletics."
 
Thanks to your support, 319 student-athletes earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher in 2019-20 and 187 student-athletes earned academic all-Mountain West accolades. Furthermore, the men's cross country and men's basketball teams won conference championships this past season.
 
"On behalf of Utah State Athletics, I would like to thank you for your generous support," Hartwell said. "You've made a great impact on our students, programs and facilities as we strive to build champions on and off the field."
