Blue Diamond Road’s Newest Restaurant to Focus on Breakfast and Barbecue

One of the remaining gaps in the casual restaurant row that now stretches along Blue Diamond Road in Enterprise has been filled with a new restaurant combining two distinct dining choices.

Mountain West Eatery plans to serve both breakfast and barbecue dishes inside a 3,528-square-foot former Goodwill store, close to the intersection with Edmond Street.

Located next door to Sharky’s Modern Mexican Kitchen, the eatery will accommodate 81 customers in the main dining room and a handful inside the separate bar area, where customers can sit at the bar counter, pick songs from the corner jukebox, or play a game of darts.

Mountain West Eatery did not share future opening hours, or the particular style of barbecue it intends to feature, but the restaurant started the Clark County approval process ahead of construction.

A short distance to the southwest, Oming’s Kitchen, Mazzoa Donuts, and The Chicken Shack all debuted over the summer.
