North Las Vegas Restaurant Row Adds Big-Name Breakfast, Chicken Tenants

A casual and fast dining restaurant row under construction in North Las Vegas once again upgrades with new and familiar tenants while also promising even more dining options are on the way.

Red Lobster previously announced a projected summer debut, creating the fourth local outpost for endless shrimp and seafood favorites to a long stretch of 10 development pads on Craig Road, east of the intersection with Camino al Norte Road.

The restaurant, now updated to be “coming soon” and hiring for front of house positions, will eventually fill a family-friendly 5,588 square feet.

Two doors to the east, local brokers are promoting a fifth local Black Bear Diner expansion is also in the works, moving into a 5,600-square-foot, purpose-built space and bringing its menu of all-day breakfast choices and hearty comfort food classics.

Closer to Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Panda Express will slide next to the existing Starbucks and neighbor the first Chick-fil A outpost in North Las Vegas. The chicken sandwich kings will slot into a 5,100-square-foot building equipped with a drive-thru.

Black Bear Diner and Chick-fil A have yet to publicly announced the new locations, or reveal a possible timetable for an opening day.
