A Food Truck Park Drives Into Downtown Las Vegas This Weekend

Downtown Las Vegas is about to land a food truck park. Real Awesome Food Park, curated by Real Awesome Food Truck’s Paul Samano and Fergusons Downtown, kicks off the new venture on June 14 at the Llama Lot on Ninth and Fremont Streets every Friday and Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m.

The new food park offers a rotation of food trucks situated close to Fremont East, Atomic Liquors, The Bunkhouse Saloon, and the new Hatsumi at Fergusons.

This weekend, food trucks include Real Awesome Food with Philly cheese steaks, Cousins Maine Lobster serving lobster rolls, The Spice is Right with Laotian and Thai street food, Phytos Vegan Eats, the Hawaiian food truck Onolicious, and Kona Ice with shaved ice.

“So many other major cities have hubs like this, and with the amount of amazing food trucks here, there’s no reason Vegas shouldn’t have one,” Real Awesome Food Park founder Samano says in a press statement. “With the continued growth and community in Fremont East, now is the perfect time to create this park, and I am thrilled to partner with Fergusons Downtown to make it a reality.”
