Bardot Brasserie at Aria has a Christmas dinner for $70 per person with a choice of escargot Bardot with Potironne burgundy snails wrapped individually in puff pastry with toasted hazelnuts and chartreuse-garlic butter; onion soup gratinee with classic beef broth, baguette crostini, and cave-aged Gruyere; king crab and endive Caesar with Alaskan red king crab, Belgian endive, parmigiano-reggiano, caper aioli, fresh lemon, and herbed bread crumbs; or lobster thermidor with half a wood-grilled Maine lobster for a $5 supplement. Main course choices include whole roasted turkey with wild mushroom and leek stuffing, haricots verts, winter fruit compote, pomme purée, and vin jaune gravy; loup de mer Provencal with wood-roasted sea bass, braised artichokes fennel & fingerling potatoes, niçoise olive tapenade, and pommes allumettes; double cut pork chop with oak-smoked duroc pork, bacon lardons, market peas à la française, baby carrots, horseradish pomme puree, and grain mustard beurre blanc; or Creekstone “Triple Black” prime rib with USDA prime black angus, potato-black truffle-raclette cromesquis, black garlic au jus, and horseradish crème fraiche.
