A Cyclonic circulation is over North Eastern India and brings isolated to scattered rain or snow over North Eastern India in this forecast period.

Maximum temperatures are slightly warmer than average over Northern India, Western India and Southern India on Wednesday and Thursday. Maximum temperatures are slightly cooler than average over Northern and north-Central India on Friday to Sunday. Minimum temperatures are warmer than average across India in this period

Scattered snow/rain and thunderstorm are likely over Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim. Scattered rain and thunderstorm is possible over Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Isolated snow/rain likely over Uttarakhand. Isolated rain is possible over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Dry weather is expected in West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
