The New Orleans Saints are one of the league’s best teams, and they’d still have a playoff-caliber roster without these impactful players.

Over the last few days, the New Orleans Saints organization has been through quite a bit. Personnel-wise, the drama came a few months prior as the team has a franchise-changing offseason.

They got better.

While how much better is up in the air, the Saints should still be considered heavy favorites to win the NFC South. They were dominant last season, posting a 13-3 record. Sadly, they still missed out on a top-two seed and lost in the Wild Card round.

What did they do after that?

They went out and solved every weakness their roster had. They brought in a linebacker, they brought in help on the offensive line, they brought in Emmanuel Sanders to shore up their wide receiving corps.

However, what if the Saints didn’t have a few of their key players? What if their roster lost a bit of talent? Could they still win games? Well, without these impactful players, they’ve proven that they can still win, and the numbers are somewhat shocking.

That said, let’s get into the top-tier players New Orleans can win without.
