What is being described as the "world's first department store of candy" has opened in American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ.

IT'SUGAR American Dream is "three stories and over 22,000-square-feet."  When you approach the store, you will be greeted by a 3-story candy replica of the Statue of Liberty.  The statue is covered in 1.5 million Jelly Belly beans.

The first floor of IT'SUGAR American Dream sounds like something straight out of Willy Wonka.  It's a lollipop garden surrounded by "5,000 square feet of candy bins."

On the second floor, visitors will find shops branded to specific candies, like Sour Patch Kids, Nerds, and Swedish Fish.

Oreo TWISTID will be a cafe located on the third floor.  It is scheduled to open in the spring.

According to its website, IT'SUGAR was founded in 2006 by Jeff Rubin.  Rubin is described on the site as "Founder, CEO & Chief Gummy Bear."
