MONTGOMERY Co., Va. (WSET) -- According to city officials, Montgomery County is lifting the open-air burn ban that was issued on Sept. 23 on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 12 p.m.
The recent steady, saturating rainfall led to the lifting of the open-air burn ban.
Pittsylvania County and Danville have also lifted the burn ban.
