One person was arrested and a juvenile was referred to the Youth Services Center after a robbery on Tuesday morning.

LPD said around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1800 Block of Knox Street on a report of a robbery.

Officers contacted a 21-year-old victim, who said she owed Marcus Cooper, 21, $80 for a television.

Cooper and a 17-year-old male contacted the female at her apartment, and an argument ensued over the lack of payment, according to LPD.

The two males tried to kick down the door, police said, and produced what appeared to be handguns and threatened the victim.

An undisclosed amount of money was handed over to the suspects, police said, and the two men left the area.

According to LPD, officers contacted the two men at one of their apartments, and a .44 magnum-replica BB gun and a HK-replica BB gun were located.

Cooper told officers he was there to collect on an $80 drug debt.

He was cited and lodged for robbery and terroristic threats.

The other male, a juvenile was referred to the Youth Services Center for robbery and terroristic threats.
