ATLANTA — A man who was found shot several times inside the Landmark Diner in downtown Atlanta was conscious and breathing when officers arrived, but refused to say who shot him, according to Atlanta Police.
Officers responded to the 24-hour restaurant at 78 Broad Street at 2:39 a.m. Saturday morning and found the man laying on the diner floor. The victim, 31, was conscious and breathing when officers arrived but would not tell them anything about what happened or where exactly the shooting took place.
Witnesses said the victim was shot by one of three teens who were using red Jump bikes outside the diner. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate any suspects. No arrests have been made.
