DENVER — The May 7 Denver municipal election is exactly two weeks away.
Most voters already have their ballots and will decide on the makeup of the city council, several ballot questions and whether to elect Mayor Michael Hancock to a third and final term during the odd-year election.

There are six candidates on the ballot for Denver’s nonpartisan mayoral race, and four of them squared off at 9NEWS during a debate last week that was moderated by Anchor Kyle Clark and Political Reporter Marshall Zelinger.
Community advocate Lisa Calderon, urban planner Jamie Giellis, Hancock and former state representative Penfield Tate each participated in the 9NEWS debate.
Activist Kalyn Heffernan and homelessness advocate Stephan Elliot Evans are also on the ballot.
