Anyone from WA who has travelled on Stirling highway over the last 30 years would have seen 'the walking man'.
The man who shuffled up and down the highway with his head down, back hunched and sometimes pushing a wheelbarrow or carrying plastic bags.
Have you ever wondered who he was and what he was up to?
Sadly, he died a week ago at the age of 76.

WA Afternoons presenter Gill O'Shaughnessy spoke to his friend Ted Snell, the director of Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery at the University of Western Australia.

She found out Ross was a prolific artist and an exhibition of his work was being organised.
