Harrisburg police said security footage from a nearby business shows other witnesses were present when a woman was struck and killed at North Seventh and Dauphin streets last Friday.
Investigators are asking those witnesses to come forward.
The woman has been identified as 65-year old Phyllice Taylor.
The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.
Police said drivers or pedestrians who witnessed the accident should call Officer Sunday at 717-255-7311.
