An outside food court featuring food trucks will be set up this March across from the Harrisburg Mall.

The space will soon be part of eminent domain due to PennDOT’s expansion plan to widen highways.

For now, organizers will have at least five food trucks outside, every day, all year round.

Some of the options will include gyros, grilled cheese, and barbecue.

“Nobody’s ever done this before. I got a really positive feedback from the truck owners so we’re not sure when it’s going to turn into, but we have some of Harrisburg’s best trucks, and I think we’re gonna make a go of it,” said Ted Kelemen, property owner.

The outdoor food court will open for business on March, 1st.
