The Women, Infants and Children program (WIC) helps feed millions of low-income women and children across the United States, including those in Utah. Kristeen Phelps, the WIC supervisor at the Salt Lake County Health Department, joined Good Morning Utah to talk about the program and how it helps families in the state.
