Howling again: Lobo Theater gets new life

It's been a busy year over at Winrock Town Center and it's about to get busier. Goodman Realty Group, the developer behind the project, has announced plans on a new apartment building – in addition to a previously announced new office building and ongoing work on the Winrock shopping center. Developer Scott Goodman said Park West, a new mixed-use high rise condo building, is a part of Goodman's long-term goal to create an urban-dense area in Uptown. Goodman said the 30 condo units will be marketed toward empty nesters in the Northeast Heights looking to downsize and move to a more urban area.
