JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two people that were traveling in a Ford Mustang are hurt after a crash involving a semi-truck, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
Both were taken to the hospital -- one with serious injuries, according to JSO.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cleveland Road and Edgewood Avenue West in Northwest Jacksonville.
Though JSO is still investigating the cause of the crash, police told Action News Jax reporter Alicia Tarancon it appears one of the vehicles may have ran a red light. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
The area was shut down but has since reopened.
