JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Officers in Jacksonville said they found two people with gunshot wounds in the 7200 block of Lem Turner Road.
WHAT WE KNOW:
- Officers were investigating an unrelated incident on Lem Turner Road at approximately 1 a.m. Thursday
- While investigating, they heard multiple gunshots coming from the I-95 and Lem Turner area
- Police immediately responded to the gunfire and found two men who had been shot
- The men were taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries
- No one else was hurt
- Police are investigating the circumstances around the shooting
