JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Beach Police are making a new plea to help them find the person who killed a local father.
On Thursday, 28-year-old Jake Robert Hall was shot in front of his home.
Police say they are following leads, but they need to know more about the days leading up to Hall's killing.
Hall's next-door neighbor, William Kader, said, "It's just terrible somebody would do this, and they need to be caught."

It's been nearly four days since Hall was gunned down in his driveway and despite a few leads, no one is in custody.
On Friday, Jacksonville Beach Police was scouring every inch of the neighborhood looking for clues as to what happened.
Today, police tell Action News Jax they need more help from the public, but this time it's not surveillance video, it's more details on the victim.
"What his actions were prior to the shooting, the people he talked with, he hung out with. Where he's been in the past 72 hours prior to the shooting," said Jacksonville Beach Police Sgt. Larry Smith.

Information from friends who knew him best -- because police say even the smallest of details could lead to a big break in the case.
"It's justice for Jake. Nobody deserves to be gunned down on the road, and we want to make sure we give closure to the family," said Sgt. Smith.
"Nothing will ever bring Jake back but this could prevent it from happening to somebody else," said Smith
Police are asking anyone who may have known Jake to either call them at 904-270-1661 or contact to First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS and stay anonymous.
