Snow Patrol heads back to Atlanta on April 24.

SATURDAY

Whitesnake

It’s too easy to say here they go again, but…well…if it fits. The hard rockers fronted by David Coverdale are appreciated for ‘80s guitar hits “Still of the Night,” “Is This Love” and, yes, “Here I Go Again” (now heard in a GEICO commercial near you). But the band will also release a new album, “Flesh & Blood,” on May 10.

With The Black Moods. 8 p.m. Saturday. $27.50-$199 (no coolers or carry-ins allowed). Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park, 4469 Stella Drive NW, Atlanta.1-800-745-3000, ticketmaster.com.

Dungeon Family Reunion Tour

With a lineup spotlighting Big Boi, Goodie Mob, Organized Noize and KP the Great, how could this be viewed as anything other than Atlanta hip-hop excellency?

8 p.m. Saturday. $51.70-$147.45. Fox Theatre, 660 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta. 1-855-285-8499, foxtheatre.org.

Lil Baby

One of the newer recruits to the Quality Control stable, the 24-year-old Atlanta rapper has landed in the top three of the Billboard Top 100 songs with “Close Friends” and “Pure Cocaine.” His “New Generation” tour features labelmates City Girls and Jordan Hollywood.

With Blueface and Rylo Rodriguez. 8 p.m. Saturday. Sold out. Coca-Cola Roxy, 800 Battery Ave. SE, Atlanta. 1-800-745-3000, livenation.com.

WEDNESDAY

Santana

While there is always something to look back on and celebrate about Carlos Santana – it’s the 20th anniversary of his mega-selling “Supernatural” album and the 50th anniversary of his performance at Woodstock – the spiritually driven 71-year-old musician is still looking to the future. In January, he released a three-song EP, “In Search of Mona Lisa,” and plans to release a full-length album produced by Rick Rubin later this year.

8 p.m. Wednesday. $35-$45. Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta. 1-800-745-3000, ticketmaster.com.

Snow Patrol

A few months after filling the cavernous space of Mercedes-Benz Stadium with old pal Ed Sheeran, the Scottish/Irish power-pop-rock outfit is back in more familiar – and appreciated – surroundings. Their lush songs – "Run," "Chasing Cars," "Just Say Yes" – are better suited for more intimate environs. The band recently released "Wildness," its first new record in seven years.

With We Are Scientists and Ryan McMullan. 8 p.m. Wednesday. $35-$40. Tabernacle, 152 Luckie St., Atlanta. 1-800-745-3000, livenation.com.

THURSDAY

Jimmy Buffett

The floral shirts, bare feet and breezily sung anthems – mostly about the beach, the sun and drinking – are still intact as the musician mogul hits the stage for another spate of outdoor shows. Buffett’s “Son of a Son of a Sailor” tour, named for his 1978 concert favorite, will keep him on the road until fall, around the same time his jukebox musical, “Escape to Margaritaville,” will launch its first national tour.

8 p.m. Thursday. $61.50-$269.50. Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta. 1-800-745-3000, ticketmaster.com.
