The Joint Chiropractic is planning an expansion into several Alabama cities over the next year.
The newest leases executed are for clinics to be located in Huntsville and Madison. Leases in the Birmingham and Montgomery markets are also planned. These clinics are slated to open later this year and in early 2020.
Patrick Greco, regional developer and multi-unit operator of The Joint Chiropractic, has selected Retail Specialists to handle tenant representation in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
“We are excited about our growth throughout Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi,” Greco said. “I’m enormously proud of how successful The Joint has been in my region and the good news is there is still plenty of room for growth.”
Greco has opened 41 clinics in his region and has 15 more in development.
“We hit the ground running in 2019 working with Greco and his team at The Joint,” said Alex McCauley, associate broker with Retail Specialists. “We’ve helped to negotiate six new leases this year and plan on expanding into Mobile next.”
