Oregon – -(AmmoLand.com)- The Yamhill Oregon County Commissioners will be considering a Second Amendment Sanctuary Ordinance this Thursday, March 21st, 2019 at 10 am.
If you are a Yamhill County resident, please consider attending and testifying in favor. As you know, urban legislators have introduced a flood of anti-gun bills and have the votes to pass anything they want.
The best chance to stop these attacks on your liberty and property may well be at the county level.
The meeting will be at the Yamhill County Courthouse, 535 NE 5th in McMinnville in room 32. (This is a courthouse, so firearms are not permitted.)
We fully expect the anti-rights crowd to pack the room. Please come and express your support and request that the Commission stand up to the bullies in Salem.

When necessary? Then their clearly not a “non-compromising” group on the slightest, the only way I’d see to have some merit is if they don’t have the resources to ward off these anti-gun bills, that’s it.

Oregon’s Constitution Art. 1 sec. 27 says ” the people shall have the right to bear arms for defense (sic) of themselves and the state…….”. Pretty clear language isn’t it? Please understand that this not just about firearms! If they can destroy your right to bear arms, they can and WILL destroy all other rights. We are fighting for the liberty of all the people. Let us not become Venezuela.

You are correct Mike. Now is not the time for the first shot to be fired that will be heard around the world. Once we have made our voice clear, exhausted every avenue through the governed channels, and an all out ban comes to play, then we will persue with our constitutional right and take back our freedom. With or without force, we will not just hand over our God given rights. I would rather be dead & free than be alive and a slave to our government.

The same thing is happening in New Mexico and Colorado. There is hope on the horizon for stopping the gun grabbing liberals at the state/county level, much closer to home than Washington D.C.
