An ultraluxurious Versailles-style estate that media mogul Tyler Perry built in 2007 just sold for $15 million. The Atlanta property comprises a 34,688-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms and nine full and five half bathrooms, as well as a separate guest house and a five-car garage. There are high-end amenities scattered all throughout the property, such as a private helipad, an illuminated tennis court, a 70,000-gallon infinity-edge swimming pool, an indoor resistance pool, an underground ballroom, a fitness center, a professional movie theater, a library, and a wine cellar. An elevator transports residents and guests between floors, and an impressive number of fountains decorate the outdoor courtyard areas. According to Mansion Global, the 17-acre estate is one of the largest in all of Atlanta.

Castle-inspired details can be found throughout the dwelling.

The interior of the home is decked out in marble floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and double-height ceilings. Crystal chandeliers accessorize many of the common living spaces. One of the more unique rooms is a library with a spiral staircase that leads to both a wine cellar and a parlor with leather walls and a carved stone fireplace.

Perry originally purchased the property for $9 million back in 2007, and poured millions into completely renovating the estate. He eventually sold it to televangelist David Turner for $17.5 million in 2016. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, this marked the highest price for a home sale in Atlanta at the time.

Though the buyer has not been officially identified since property records have not yet been updated, TMZ reports that Steve Harvey and his wife, Marjorie, are the proud new owners of the estate.
