From burritos to banh mi, Sioux Falls food trucks have a wide variety of options for those looking for a quick bite from local chefs.

The Big Orange Food Truck

The Big Orange Food Truck keeps chislic, cheese curds and fries on the menu at all times, adding whatever's in season and in their heads — from ramen to poke bowls — as inspiration hits. The truck is in downtown Sioux Falls most Fridays from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., although to find exactly where they're parked you'll need to check their Facebook page. A full schedule for the truck can be found on its website, thebigorangefoodtruck.com.

Breaking Burrito

Breaking Burrito brings Mexican food — including burritos, tamales and tacos — around the area. Find their menu on their website, and watch for their weekly schedule on Facebook.

Dakota Snow

Dakota Snow Shaved Ice Creations

With dozens of flavors, Dakota Snow offers rolled ice cream and shaved ice from their truck. You can cool down at 501 E 41st Street most days, usually starting from 2-5 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m. The schedule changes as events are added and the truck moves around, so check their Facebook page before heading out. The owners also recently opened a slightly more permanent store offering rolled ice cream: Sub Zero Desserts.

Harry's Yellow Submarine

Harry's Yellow Submarine food truck specializes in homemade barbecue sandwiches.

Harry's menu includes sandwiches, burgers and brats, with sides like deep-fried tots available. Their full menu is available on their website, harrysyellowsubmarine.com, and they keep customers updated on their location through Facebook.

Hunny & Bunny

This truck sells various Mediterranean foods, including falafel and shwarma. The truck makes a regular Friday appearance outside KSFY's studios from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Check their Facebook page for other appearances.

Jekyll & Hyde Barbecue

Jekyll & Hyde Barbecue

This truck offers barbecue made using Jekyll & Hyde's unique dry rub, used in most of its recipes and on their ribs, pulled pork and beacon steaks. The best way to track Jekyll & Hyde Barbecue is to text "JHBBQ" to 72727 to get updates of the truck's next location in the region. Look for them at the Levitt Shell and other events and festivals in the area. They're on Facebook, too.

Kabab King

Kabab King Food Truck serves up a variety of Mediterranean dishes in Sioux Falls.

Gyros, kababs and more are available at this food truck. The truck is often downtown on Fridays this summer, with more locations and a full menu available on their Facebook page.

Krazy Concessions

This truck offers a range of Los Angeles street foods including quesadillas, burritos, cheesy carne asada fries, tostada salads and fruit nachos. Specialties include bourbon and ranch chicken tacos and the krazy dogs – an all-beef frank wrapped in bacon and topped off with caramelized onions and sweet bell peppers. The truck is usually set up in front of KSFY for Food Truck Fridays, and is at various local businesses during the week. Papa Woody's Wood Fired Pizza

Along with pizza cooked at over 700 degrees, this truck also provides flatbreads, soft pretzel bites and a salad and baked potato bar. The truck makes monthly stops at Raven Industries, SDN Communications and Dakota Pointe Apartments, among other locations, but your best bet is to check the calendar on their website, papawoodyspizza.com.

Phan Food

Phan Food, a new Vietnamese food truck that will start operation this summer.

Phan Food sells Vietnamese fare including banh mi, spring rolls and chicken and pork platters. See their website (phanfood.com) for menu options, and check their Facebook page to see their schedule, usually announced just a few days in advance.
