$1.47 million Prairie Hills home with gun range, climbing walls tops home sales list

A Prairie Hills home with an indoor shooting range topped our home sales list for the Sioux Falls metro area for the week of Dec. 31.
The south Sioux Falls home at 6900 S. Hendon Circle sold for $1.47 million, according to weekly public property sales records from Minnehaha and Lincoln counties.
According the property listing, the 7,275-square-foot home on a cul-de-sac sits on 1.45 acres of land, with no backyard neighbors.
The 7-bed, 4-bath home features a central vacuum system, granite countertops, a wet bar in the lower level, climbing walls, an indoor gun range and an outdoor hot tub.
