The future of the yet-undeveloped land past Dawley Farm Village is beginning to take shape as growth in eastern Sioux Falls continues to pick up steam.

Commercial broker Ryan Tysdal, who is also working on the Foss Field development to the north of Dawley Farm, is advertising 179 acres of land along Arrowhead Parkway, from Veterans Parkway to Six Mile Road.

Tysdal, an agent for Van Buskirk Companies, said in an Thursday email announcement the site is a great opportunity for mixed-use projects.

The Nelson Development includes about 150 acres of land designated for big box stores and grocery stores, zoned for C-4 commercial use. There are also sites available for office  and residential projects.

Tysdal is listing the development at $42,000 an acre in partnership with Harr-Lemme’s Joel Ingle.
