Two $1M+ Sioux Falls homes top metro home sales report

A former Parade of Homes house in southern Sioux Falls topped our metro home sales list for the week of July 8 with a sale price of $1.45 million.

The 4-bed, 4-bath, 6,296-square-foot home at 6700 S. Colebrook Circle was featured in the 2017 Spring Parade of Homes, and appeared last month at the top of home sales records from Minnehaha and Lincoln counties.

It wasn't the only home to top the million-dollar mark for the week. A 6-bed, 6.5-bath, 5,800-square-foot home at 6909 S. Westfield Trail also sold for $1.2 million.

These sales and the below listings are the top 10 property sales in the Sioux Falls metro area for the week of July 8, according to the Minnehaha County Office of Equalization and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds.
