Total Card picks new top executive to lead Sioux Falls-based firm

A Sioux Falls-based credit card processing firm has hired a new top executive, according to a Monday announcement from the company.

Joseph Noe will be the new CEO and president of Total Card Inc., which has offices in the western part of the city in the Lake Lorraine development.

Noe replaces co-founder Greg Ticknor, who will continue to play a leadership role with the company as board chairman.

“Joseph has proven to be an excellent leader over the years,” Ticknor said in an emailed statement. “He has been instrumental in helping grow and set the path of the business and was instrumental in relaunching our Total Visa card program. He has earned the respect of his colleagues and peers and the decision was really a no-brainer.”

Noe has been with the company for a decade and served previously as its chief credit officer.
