A parcel of yet-undeveloped land in western Sioux Falls near South Ellis Road and 32nd Street is set to be home to a $27 million apartment complex.

A massive multi-family housing project planned for a grassy patch of western Sioux Falls will include eight apartment buildings and a clubhouse.

The Westview Heights complex will cost an estimated $27.4 million to construct and is slated for a chunk of land along South Ellis Road, northeast of where it intersects with 32nd Street.

Legacy Development is behind the project, with Paradigm Commercial Construction signed on as the contractor.

A spokesperson for Legacy declined to comment Tuesday.
