List: Sioux Falls area closures due to winter storm

Several eastern South Dakota schools and businesses are closed on Friday due to a winter storm rolling through the area.

The Sioux Falls School District announced that it will start two hours late Friday due to a combination of snow and ice. All after-school programs, including Kids Inc., are also cancelled.

State offices in 54 counties were also closed Thursday due to weather.
