A man was robbed at gunpoint in the west north end of Sioux Falls on Wednesday night, police say.

At about 9 p.m., the man was walking in an alley in the 1000 block of North Spring Avenue when another man pulled up in a white car, got out and pointed a gun at the victim, police spokesman Sam Clemens said.

The robber got away with the man's cash and drove off, Clemens said. He was described as wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt.
