Man arrested for masturbating near Sioux Falls bike trail

A Sioux Falls man was arrested after he allegedly masturbated near the Sioux Falls bike trail on Sunday afternoon.

Someone called police at about 3:30 p.m. to report a man masturbating between the river and the bike trail near Cliff Avenue and Chambers Street, police spokesman Sam Clemens said.

Officers said they found Jesse Omar James Mohr, 35, standing about 20 feet from the bike path, Clemens said.

Mohr was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, Clemens said.
