Friday's results

Aberdeen Roncalli 26, Miller/Highmore-Harrold 0

Alcester-Hudson 44, Avon 0 - Alcester-Hudson had a pair of 100-rushers in the win over Avon. Logan Serck rushed for 117 yards on 13 carries and Alex Winquist carried it 11 times for 109 yards. Serck also rushed for three touchdowns and Winquist and Izaak Reed each had one. Jovey Christensen had an interception and returned it for a score for Alcester-Hudson.

Baltic 40, Elkton-Lake Benton 6 - Zach Polzin rushed for two touchdowns and threw for another for Baltic. Polzin finished with 122 yards rushing on 14 carries. His touchdown toss to Brodee Teveldal capped the scoring for Baltic. The Bulldogs also got rushing touchdowns from Alex Haagenson, Avery Nordbye and Brenden Allen.

Burke 46, Lyman 8

Canistota/Freeman 44, Chester Area 0 - Canistota-Freeman scored 22 points in both the first and second quarter and were never threatened the rest of the way. Tyce Ortman rushed for 184 yards on six carries. He had touchdown runs of 70 and 65 yards. Trey Otrman was 5-for-7 passing for 55 yards and a touchdown pass. He also rushed for one touchdown. Bailey Sage and Isaih Robertson also rushed for a score. Jarret Sengelmann led Chester Area with 37 yards on 12 carries.

Chamberlain 26, Woon./Wess. Springs/Sanborn Central 6

Colman-Egan 55, Centerville 0 - Colman-Egan got up 55-0 at halftime and cruised to the win. Nate Tolley threw for two touchdowns and rushed for three more to lead the Hawks. He hit Dalton Voelker for two quick scores and finished 4-for-7 passing for 101 yards. He also rushed for 78 yards on nine carries. Chase Hemmer also rushed for two touchdowns and Dawson Tolley added one. The Hawks rushed for 270 yards as a team, led by Eli Bowen's 96 yards.

Mt. Vernon/Plankinton 20, Elk Point-Jefferson 14 -- Jesse Hastings ran for two touchdowns and Hunter Pranger scored a rushing TD to lead MV-P. Hunter Pranger had 15 tackles. For EP-J, Riley Schmitz ran for 145 yards with two touchdowns.
